SilaiBuddy is a subscription software service ("SaaS") for managing boutique and tailoring businesses — customers, measurements, orders, designs, billing, GST reports, inventory, team and payroll. It is operated by SMARTCABUDDY, Bajwa Market, Aman Nagar, Kapurthala, Punjab 144601, India. By creating an account you accept these terms.
New shops receive a 14-day free trial with 2 user logins. No payment details are required. After the trial ends, sign-in is paused until a plan is activated — your data remains safe and is not deleted.
If the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, tell us within 15 days of payment and we will refund the fee. Beyond that, annual fees are non-refundable except as required by law. The free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate everything before paying.
We aim to keep the service available around the clock and back up data automatically, but no online service can promise zero downtime. Planned maintenance will be done at low-traffic hours where possible. Support is available on support@silaibuddy.com and 88722 12000 (business hours, IST). Features marked "coming soon" (e.g. WhatsApp messaging) will be enabled as they launch.
We may suspend accounts for non-payment or misuse (with notice where practical). You may stop using the service at any time; on request we will export and then delete your data after a reasonable wind-down period.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data caused by factors outside our control, etc.). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kapurthala, Punjab having jurisdiction.
